    I would like to know how it is possible to initialize the line voltage before simulating the lightning stroke by LIOV toolbox.

    The lighting  induced overovltage (LIOV) analysis solved using Finite Difference Time (TDTD) technique. EMTP simulation option “start time domain simulation from steady state solution” is not available in the current version of LIOV Toolbox.
