    Hi,

    I’m a new user of EMTP. Just would like to ask if EMTP can be used to perform dynamic simulation study similar to what PSSE can perform using its DYRE file?

    Yes, EMTP-RV can do the dynamic stability analysis. It has exciter & Governor Toolbox and have more than 35 models are available based on IEEE 421.5 standards.
