PQ Load with Load Flow Part – Version 4.2.1

I would like to assign multiple different real and reactive power values from the mask of my network to several buses to perform load flows for different scenarios. However, I find myself unable to assign a variable to the new ‘PQ load with load flow’ part (e.g. #P#) in the current 4.2.1 version of the software. I recall it was possible when modelling in version 4.1. Is there any work around for this using the new version? It is impractical for me to manually assign the load variables as there are hundreds of load points.
