If i get a voltage-time characteristics in emtp rv, can i interface these results to matlab and get a amplitude vs frequency graph?

You can use a script in JavaScript to perform the control of lightning parameters and location.
Besides that, there is the possibility of communicating EMTP with Simulink through “”Simulink Toolbox””.
It is also possible to use DLL to make the communication of EMTP with other programming languages.
