    hi

    how to simulate a 6-pulse generator in the program EMTP?  I want to  attach a 6 pulse generator to 6-pulse bridge.

    Hi,

    You can use control and control function library to generate 6 pulses required for the converter.

    Also, we have developed 3-phase inverter model including its controller. This model is added to Microgrid library which is available on our website (http://www.emtp-software.com/site/file.php?id=134).

    The inverter model includes both detailed and average model. You can select the detailed model and have a look at subcircuit for the pulse generator.
